Be very careful when removing the lid from your blender after blending the hot coffee into foam. Heated ingredients cause pressure to build in the blender container, which may pop the lid and splash you. That said, the taste of this coffee is excellent.

I enjoyed this wonderful warm drink so much that I make it a few times a week. I wasnt sure how it would taste using Carnation Evap milk but it turned out to be absolutely wonderful. Thank You I look forward to more of your recipes especially with the upcoming holidays.

This reminds me of a certain coffee chain's Caramel Machiatto, except this one is much lower in fat.
I am a big fan of latte's. I was spending a small fortune until I found this recipe. Now for a very small amount of change, I can even invite the neighbors over and all of them enjoy it as much as I do. We have started a game of trying to see who can come up with the most flavors that are as good as the caramel. We have some great new tastes and every one has their own personal favorite. I think mine is coconut using Cream of coconut and 1 T. of chocolate syrup. Let your imagination run wild and see what your favorite is.
This is the best way to bring the coffee house in your kitchen without expensive machines or over-priced coffee chains. Its both creamy and satisfying.

My husband is the only one that likes coffee and he likes his coffee flavored. This is a cheaper way to get a great tasting latte and he can have one cup at home and take the other to go.
Just the perfect drink to soothe the body and mind on a chilly day! ITS YUMMY!
I love caramel lattes. This one is beautiful and tastes great.
i think this is a great recipe because it is very easy, uses very few ingredients that are not that costly and is perfect for this season and the next one to come.

This was exactly what I was looking for I needed something didn't know what! then I was looking for something good on your site and I saw that fixed and just loved it, I liked it with Ice cream topping tonight my family will enjoy it too, thank you as usual, it was very relaxing
My husband and I enjoyed these latte's last night in front of our fireplace during our first thunderstorm of the season. I loved how quick & easy they were to make. We both loved the flavor, now my husband has requested I try it w/ other flavors of ice cream topping. I used our steam attachment on our coffee maker to froth them up a bit more. Thanks again for all the great recipes :)
