The fudge tasted chewey, of course it could be because I boiled it to softball stage as I have a fear of it not setting up properly. The flavor was good, but the cinn. was too strong. Next time I would half the amount.

I made this for a family get-together but I also added a 1/4 tsp of nutmeg, it blended with the cinnamon and gave the fudge a real nice flavor!

Great updated version of fudge, extremely easy to make. A very nice blending of flavors, was well liked even though some were reluctant to try.

This was so easy to make. I didn't have any other nuts but almonds. Almonds gave it a different taste. I made it to take to a social and most of it was gone before I had a chance to get a piece.

I made the Mocha -Spice Fudge the week before Christmas. It wasn't too well received by my family. The coffee flavor was too strong. I will try it again but cut down on the coffee. The texture was excellent.

I love fudge, but don't usually make my own. I've tried other recipes, but this one is truly a rich tasting, chocolaty fuge!

This is the first time I have been succesfull making fudge. I took it to work and everyone just loved it. They could not believe it had coffee and cinnamon, even my husband who does not drink coffee thought it was delicious. This will be the holiday fudge from now on. Thanks.

This is the first year I found this recipe (2004). I used it for a different fudge in my gift baskets and also some for home. It was a big hit. Like the reviews for added ideas.

I made the Mocha Spice Fudge last week and shared it with some family and friends and they loved it. We are all coffee drinkers so I thought it would be a hit. Even some that were not coffee drinkers loved it. This will be a recipe I keep with my Christmas candy recipes and put it on the Christmas trays I make for family and friends. I will also make it during the year. Wonderful Recipe and one I will continue to make.

My coworkers and family loved this fudge. Even a couple of people who claimed not to like the taste of coffee loved it. This recipe will become one of my "holiday standards."

Made this fudge for Christmas gifts and it was so easy and really has such a wonderful combination of flavors. The coffee/chocolate/cinnamon flavor was a real treat and was very well received by all who tasted it.
