Hi, I'm a diabetic and really enjoy having this as a quick breakfast treat. I use the SUGAR FREE CHOCOLATE INSTANT BREAKFAST & blend it with caffeine free instant coffee (Taster's Choice)OR left over brewed coffee, low-fat milk and ice cubes....sometimes I add some vanilla ice cream. It sounds so good I think I'll have one right now!!!

When you don't have that $3.96 or the time to run to Starbucks, this mocha shake is the perfect thing to make, and in no time at all. It's a snap to make and is delicious!

That shake was great. I always make it for breakfast from day to day. the only thing that I add to is half a banana and it's perfect.

I LOVE THIS! I have one every morning. Just a tip, i've always used vanilla icecream because i don't ever have chocolate around- it makes it less rich which is how i prefer it.

This is a good way to wake up in the morning and get a good breakfast - all while driving into work.
