Apples, celery, and pecans add full flavor, color and texture to this Waldorf Salad. The lime, honey and cranberries add a delightful contrasting sweet and sour flavor.

Ingredients
1 can NESTLÉ Media Crema
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 green apples
2 celery stalks
1 cup halved red grapes
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup dried cranberries
6 red cabbage or lettuce leaves
Instructions
COMBINE media crema, lime juice, honey and salt in medium bowl; set aside.
COMBINE green apples, celery, grapes, nuts and cranberries in large bowl. Pour media crema sauce over apple mixture. Toss until well combined. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Serve inside red cabbage leaves.

Ingredients
1 can NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Lowfat 2% Milk
3 large eggs
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups shredded mild or sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups chopped, frozen broccoli
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
Instructions
PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Grease and lightly flour twelve 2 1/2-inch muffin cups.
WHISK evaporated milk, eggs, flour, salt and black pepper in medium bowl until blended. Stir in cheese, broccoli and bell pepper. Spoon 1/4 to 1/3 cup of mixture into each prepared muffin cup, filling almost to rim*. Stir mixture frequently to evenly distribute ingredients.
BAKE for 23 to 28 minutes or until knife inserted near centers comes out clean and tops are lightly browned. Cool in pans for 15 minutes. Run knife or small, flat spatula around inside edges of muffin cups. Carefully remove quiches.
*NOTE: Number of quiches that you get will depend on the size of your muffin cups. Bake time may need some adjusting.
TIPS: • Quiches can be made ahead and frozen. To reheat, place on baking sheet and bake in preheated 325° F. oven for 25 to 30 minutes or, place 2 to 4 quiches on microwave-safe plate and microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 2 1/2 to 5 minutes or until hot.

1 turkey, neck and bag with heart and gizzard removed
6 tablespoons olive oil
0 Juice from 4 lemons
0 Juice from 2 medium oranges
6 teaspoons MAGGI Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon
3 MAGGI Garlic & Onion Flavor Seasoning Cubes
4 teaspoons sweet paprika
2 tablespoons grated lemon peel
2 tablespoons grated orange peel
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
Instructions
ARRANGE oven rack in lowest position and preheat oven to 325° F. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
RINSE turkey and pat dry; set aside. Combine oil, lemon juice, orange juice, bouillon, crushed seasoning cubes, paprika, grated lemon peel, grated orange peel, cumin, oregano and thyme in medium bowl; mix well.
RUB entire turkey including under the skin and cavity with half of paste. Reserve remaining paste. Place turkey breast-side-up in prepared dish.
BAKE, brushing turkey with remaining paste every hour, for 3 to 3 1/2 hours or until thermometer inserted in thickest part of thigh registers 175° F. Transfer turkey to platter and cover with foil. Let turkey stand for 10 minutes before carving.

2/3 cup NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
3 tablespoons NESCAFÉ TASTER'S CHOICE House Blend 100% Pure Instant Coffee Granules
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
LINE 8-inch-square baking pan with foil.
COMBINE sugar, evaporated milk, Taster’s Choice, butter and salt in medium, heavy-duty saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil, stirring constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
STIR in marshmallows, morsels, nuts, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted. Pour into prepared pan; refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Lift from pan; remove foil. Cut into 48 1-inch squares.
