Ingredients
1 MAGGI Beef Flavor Bouillon Cube
1/4 cup hot water
3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons dry white wine or water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound lean beef sirloin steak
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons water
1 package frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 cup 1-inch slices green onions
4 cups cooked brown rice
Instructions
DISSOLVE bouillon in 1/4 cup water in small bowl. Stir in soy sauce, wine, cornstarch, ginger and pepper.
HEAT oil in large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and garlic; cook, stirring constantly, for 3 to 4 minutes or until beef is no longer pink. Remove from skillet.
HEAT 2 tablespoons water in same skillet. Add vegetables; cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Return beef to skillet; stir in bouillon mixture and green onions. Cook, stirring frequently, for 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Serve over rice.

1 packet MAGGI Creamy Mushroom Soup Mix
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 sliced mushrooms
1 small onion
2 cups frozen cut green beans
1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
MIX milk and mushroom soup mix in small bowl; set aside.
HEAT oil in large skillet over medium heat; add mushrooms and onion. Cook for 10 minutes or until onion is tender and liquid from mushrooms has evaporated. Add green beans and soup mixture; stir well. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook for 10 minutes; uncover. Sprinkle with cheese. Cook for 2 minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve immediately.

1 can NESTLÉ LA LECHERA Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups assorted berries
1 cup chopped Maria cookies

MIX cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, orange juice, grated orange peel and vanilla extract in medium bowl until smooth; cover. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
LAYER each of 6 dessert cups with 1/4 cup berries, 1/4 cup cream cheese mixture, 1 tablespoon chopped cookies and 1 teaspoon chopped chocolate. Repeat layers; top with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
* For 12 mini servings, follow recipe as written except use 12 dessert cups and just put one layer each of berries, cream cheese mixture, chopped cookies and chocolate.

12 whole black peppercorns
1 cup milk

Instructions
COMBINE water, coffee granules and peppercorns in small cup. Stir until coffee is dissolved. Let sit for 3 minutes.
COMBINE milk and Coffee-mate in microwave-safe pitcher. Microwave on HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute, 30 seconds or until very hot. Strain coffee mixture into pitcher.
Lactose intolerant? Use 1 cup Coffee-mate and 1/2 cup water.
