My husband bought me an espresso machine to make lattes and cut back on our Starbucks bill... it worked until the holiday season when all I want is a peppermint mocha! Ohh.. but now I discovered this! So good! LOVE IT!!

I was really impressed that I could use the Tasters Choice instant coffee in this recipe and a real bonus I could also use my microwave. A real treat for me, since I don't have all the devices usually used. Quick, easy, and delicious!!! 1redjellybean. I am a member of the BrewCrew@Coffee-MateUSA

I make a version of this, but I use powdered hot choco mix, 2 starbright peppermint candies, placed in the hot coffee first. Then add splenda, hot choco, and then stir, adding Coffeemate Peppermint Mocha, or Sugarfree French Vanilla out of season. Voila, a wonderful tasting coffee!

As a loyal customer to starbucks this has saved me money! Wish you sold the peppermint year round and maybe a white mocha syrup. :) It is absolutely delicious.

I used a couple shortcuts, for instance, I have an espresso machine and I just brewed the coffee through it, steamed the milk and creamer and added the chocolate syrup at the end. It was delicious.

This is a great recipe, the best part about it is not having to spend the money on buying one at my local coffee house, I will be drinking plenty of these this Winter )

Let me just say that I have been a loyal customer of Starbuck's for over 7 years. I mean a daily customer-30 days per month. Now that I have tried the Peppermint Mocha coffee creamer-I make my own Peppermint Mocha's right at home for much less than $5.00 per cup! Thanks Coffee Mate!!!! Keep it coming!

I didn't think that this would compare with what I pay BIG BUCKS for at our local Starbucks but it is even better than theirs. My grandsons love to have it with grandma but I use a non-coffee substitute for them which actually tastes just as good as using expresso or granulated coffee.

This is a terrific indulgence. Although, instead of using liquid chocolate, I opt for the powdered version due to food allergies. Even my kids, who are not coffee drinkers, love this drink. I'm glad the cold weather is upon us to I can serve this more often!
