What’s coffee made of? All that aroma, flavor, color and texture… is there a secret ingredient? Has something been added? The simple answer is that soluble coffee only has one ingredient: coffee. Pure and simple.

In the supermarkets these days you can also find a great variety of products in which soluble coffee is already mixed with whitener, sugar, chocolate or other flavors.

The short answer is that there is no secret really but we are constantly tasting our coffee through the whole process from bean to jar.
